If you have additional questions or if you need any help with a mortgage loan please be sure to give Nathan a call.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Home buyer Tax Credit Extended&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The home buyer tax credit of 2009 is being extended through June 30th, 2010. The new tax credit has been modified, however. Some important details to remember:&lt;br /&gt;1) The property must be under contract by April 30th, 2010 and fund by June 30th to qualify.&lt;br /&gt;2) The credit only applies to a primary residence.&lt;br /&gt;3) A first-time home buyer can receive up to a maximum of $8,000.&lt;br /&gt;4) A previous homeowner can qualify for up to $6,500 if they have owned a primary residence that they resided in for five consecutive years out of the previous eight years.&lt;br /&gt;5) Income limits have been increased for both groups to $125,000 for a single person and $225,000 for a married couple.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nathan Smith&lt;br /&gt;(208) 947-5555&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you have any questions on real estate, land, homes and cabins, for sale in the Garden Valley, Idaho area, please do not hesitate in contacting me.
